Most coaching tools hand everyone the same advice dressed up as personal. But a person doesn't grow from the average — they grow from being understood: their history, their fears, the particular way they get in their own way.
The Synthetic Coach is built on the same capture-model-decode engine as the rest of Wider Path. It learns the real person over time, and meets them where they actually are — gently, consistently, without judgment.

Our first coaching engagement is with the City of Las Vegas, supporting foster youth aging out of the system — a moment when steady, personal support is scarce and matters most. The same engine that war-games a trial, turned toward helping a young person find their footing.
